Clinic Information

Victory Health Partners is a primary care medical practice that is open for patients with appointments 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays and 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Fridays. Specialty care is available by referral after seeing a Victory physician.


To be treated by a Victory physician you must first become a patient of Victory’s practice. Email the New Patient Services Coordinator to schedule a New Patient meeting. To review the requirements, visit our Patient Qualification page.

Affordable Medical Services for Adults who are Uninsured

Victory Health Partners opened its doors in response to the community’s need for quality, affordable healthcare for adults without health insurance. In its seventeenth year of service, Victory remains committed to caring for the complete healthcare of our neighbors. ‘Partners’ is purposefully in our name because of the vast network of partners from the medical field and the community at large who enable Victory to provide a full continuum of care for its patients.

Medical Services

Primary Care

Victory Health Partners provides general medical care, including physical examinations, x-rays, EKGs and laboratory tests. When our patients’ medical needs requires specialty care, Victory enlists the services of local specialists who see our patients in their private offices. The clinic has an extensive network of over 150 local physicians, dentists, healthcare providers, and hospitals providing specialized care in their own offices when needed.

Patient Assistance Program

Victory’s Patient Assistance Program enables patients to receive the majority of their medications at no charge. Due to the extensive process of enrollment into the pharmaceutical companies’ patient assistance programs, Victory staff and volunteers enroll Victory patients into these programs on their behalf. In 2018, Victory dispensed over $32 million worth of life-saving medications to Victory’s patients for little to no cost.

Dispensary

Victory operates a dispensary at the clinic to provide medications to qualified patients. Medication is supplied by donations, as well as, purchases from discount distributors. The dispensary meets the needs of patients with short term illnesses and those waiting to qualify for patient assistance programs.

Counseling

Victory recognizes that spiritual and emotional health plays a major role in a patient’s total wellness. Victory has one full time Marriage and Family Therapist on staff and several volunteer licensed professional counselors who provide emotional and spiritual counseling, as well as, support and education for individuals, couples and families. Counseling is provided for no additional cost to patients.

Dental Care

Dental services include X-rays, cleaning, routine examinations, basic fillings and extractions for $35. Also provided are basic education and preventative care to patients. Appointments are required and can be made by calling (251) 460-0999.

Diabetes Education

Self-management training and education on controlling the disease is an integral component of healthcare for a person with diabetes. Newly diagnosed Victory patients are equipped through educational classes provided by Providence Hospital.

Eye Care Clinic

Regular exams, refractive care, eye health evaluations and care eye infections are offered to Victory patients by appointment. Victory’s partnerships with the Mobile Lion’s Club, Victory patients are able to receive quality eyeglasses at no additional cost.

Home Sleep Studies

At home testing equipment is offered for diagnosis of sleep disorders.

Neurology Clinic

Provides management and treatment for disorders of the nervous system to qualified patients by appointment.

Pulmonary Care

Established through the generous donations of the Florence Foundation, the Breath of Life Program provides pulmonary testing, education and treatment of lung disorders such as asthma, emphysema and smoking disorders. The clinic is staffed by volunteer respiratory therapists from the University of South Alabama Department of Cardiorespiratory. Through a grant from the CVS Foundation, smoking cessation tools and resources are provided to patients on their journey to quitting smoking.

Urology Clinic

A clinic providing care and treatment for medical diseases of the urinary tract system.

Wound Care

The Wound Care Clinic provided by the Springhill Medical Center offers treatment for non healing wounds. Patients are referred by our physicians for debridement, medication and redressing.

Wellness Education

Victory continuously seeks to expand in the area of wellness, nutrition and exercise. Victory partners with the YMCA of Mobile County. Through this exciting partnership, Victory patients have access to all the services the YMCA has to offer for an affordable membership fee.

Women's Wellness

Annual exams are provided in the general clinic. PAP smears and mammograms are ordered for free through a state program to those who qualify. For additional medical attention, specialized care is provided on site by two OBGYNs from the Azalea City Physicians .

Minor Surgery

Two surgeons will perform minor surgeries at the clinic for patients by appointment.
